To get a hiring conversation going, call or text (604) 632-4959 or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. We work Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. You will talk to a senior strategist who understands HVAC hiring, not an operator reading a script.

Your business name, city and what you need.

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.
Plan the next step
If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.
How to reach us
There are three ways, and all three come straight to our strategy team:
- Call (604) 632-4959 if you would rather talk it through.
- Text (604) 632-4959 if you are between calls or on a roof. A few lines is plenty, and we take it from there.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send your current job ad, a link to your careers page or a list of roles.
We don't use contact widgets, booking calendars or chat bots. We work with HVAC contractors all over Canada by phone, text, email, video call or in person.
What to include in your first message
Send whatever you have of the following; even three of these points let us give you a specific answer:
- The role. Service tech, installer, refrigeration mechanic, gasfitter, sheet metal worker, oil heat tech or apprentice.
- The ticket. What you require and what you would be willing to sponsor.
- Where. The town or service area the job is based in, and the province.
- How long it has been open. And how many applicants you have had, roughly.
- What you have tried. Job boards, Job Bank, signs, referrals, word of mouth.
- Your website address. So we can look at what technicians see when they search your name.
- Company size. Roughly how many employees, which matters for Ontario posting rules.
A sample first text or email
You can copy this and fill in the brackets:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We need a [role] with a [ticket] for [residential / commercial] [service / install]. It has been open about [number] weeks. We've tried [channels]. Our site is [website]. Can we talk this week?
What happens next
- We reply. We usually reply within one business day, often with two or three questions about the seat you need filled.
- A 30-minute call. We go through the role, your current ad and your website. Most owners leave that call with a couple of changes they can make themselves, whether or not they work with us.
- Your 7-day free trial. If it makes sense, we run the HVAC.Agency family free trial: a digital marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card.
- A written proposal. Scope, timeline, price and terms, in writing. Nothing starts until you agree.
Before you reach out: who we can and can't help
We help HVAC, refrigeration and heating contractors in every Canadian province and territory recruit technicians, installers and apprentices. See the areas page for regional details.
We can't help with:
- Finding a job. We are not a job board or a placement agency, and we don't hold job listings or résumés.
- Wage advice. We don't recommend pay figures.
- Legal or immigration questions. Talk to an employment-law professional, or a licensed RCIC or lawyer for immigration.
- HVAC service. We don't install, repair or service equipment.
If you are an HVAC technician
We get messages from technicians too, and we appreciate them. We can't help you find a job, because we don't have listings and we don't place people. The quickest route is to search for HVAC contractors in your area and go to their own careers pages, or to look on Job Bank, the Government of Canada's free job board.
Useful pages before you call
- The services page explains the five services and how to choose.
- The pricing page shows the plans and how to judge what an empty seat costs.
- The job ad guide lets you fix your current ad today.

Frequently asked questions
Can technicians contact you about jobs?
We are not a job board or staffing agency, so we don't have jobs to offer or pass along. If you are a technician looking for work, contact HVAC employers directly through their own careers pages.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages sent outside those hours are read on the next business day.
How quickly will you reply?
We usually reply within one business day.
Do I need to prepare anything before calling?
No. It helps to have your current job ad and your website address handy, but a two-minute description of the role you need to fill is enough to start.
