Monthly plans
These are the HVAC.Agency family plans as published. Recruiting work, such as job ads, careers pages, apprentice pathways, paid hiring campaigns and referral programs, is scoped into a plan alongside or instead of customer marketing.
| Plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $2,998/month | The base layer: a website with SEO-built service pages, local SEO and your Google Business Profile, an entry-level Google and Meta ads setup, hosting, maintenance and a report each month |
| Growth | $4,498/month | Starter's scope, plus advanced SEO and content, multi-channel paid ads and retargeting, CRM integration, review generation, and weekly instead of monthly reports |
| Elite | $8,998/month | All of Growth, adding video and PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built around your numbers |
Your proposal states, in writing, which recruiting services are included in your plan and what each costs.
Websites
If your current site can't carry a proper careers section, a new or rebuilt website may be the first step.
| Package | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3,500 one-time | A custom site of 5–7 pages, built in 2–3 weeks; hosting and upkeep then run $149/month |
| Professional | $6,500 one-time | 10–15 pages designed to convert, built in 3–4 weeks; hosting, upkeep and conversion work then run $249/month |
| Enterprise | $12,500 one-time | Built for multi-location shops: unlimited pages and locations, delivered in 4–6 weeks, with full management at $449/month afterwards |
A careers hub plus several role pages fits comfortably inside the Professional package. Multi-branch contractors that need role pages per location usually need Enterprise.
What drives the cost of recruiting marketing
Five things move the price more than anything else:
- Number of roles and locations. One installer role in one town is simple. Six roles across three branches means more ads, more pages and more tracking.
- Whether your website can carry a careers section. If not, a website build comes first.
- Paid reach. Recruiting ads need both a management fee and an ad budget. Organic work alone costs less but moves slower.
- Apprentice outreach. School and program outreach kits take extra time up front, then run cheaply.
- Language. Quebec roles need French versions, which adds translation and review.
A way to decide what to spend
Start from the cost of an empty seat, using your own numbers. If one service truck normally brings in $6,000 a week and sits idle for eight weeks, that is $48,000 in lost revenue. If a well-run recruiting effort shortens the gap by four weeks, it is worth up to $24,000 to you on that one hire, before counting overtime and burnout on the rest of the crew.
Compare that with the plan costs above and you can make a business decision rather than a guess. If the numbers don't work for your shop, we will tell you, and the free guides may be enough.
How to choose
- Starter suits a shop hiring one or two technicians a year that needs a working careers page, honest job ads and basic paid reach.
- Growth suits contractors hiring several roles a year, running paid recruiting campaigns and needing weekly reporting.
- Elite suits multi-branch or fast-growing companies that want crew video, PR, a dedicated account manager and a live dashboard covering hiring and customer marketing together.
Risk reversal
Before any plan begins, you get a 7-day free trial. In that week we audit your digital marketing, check how your website performs, analyse your SEO and benchmark you against competing shops. No credit card is needed and there is no lock-in. Anything not stated here is confirmed in writing in your proposal.
See the services behind each plan, read the FAQ on contracts and ownership, or contact us for a written proposal.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge per hire?
No. We are not a staffing or placement agency. Our fees are for marketing work as set out in your proposal, whatever the number of hires.
Is ad spend included in the plan price?
Your proposal states in writing how ad spend is handled, separately from the management fee. Ask us to show both lines before you sign.
Is there a long contract?
HVAC.Agency family plans come with a 7-day free trial, no credit card and no lock-in. The exact terms for your engagement are confirmed in writing in your proposal.
Do prices include sales tax?
No. Recruiting plans are priced in Canadian dollars, with GST/HST added for the province you hire in (GST and QST in Quebec).
What does the free trial include?
During the trial week we audit your current marketing, test your website's performance, review your SEO and compare you with the HVAC shops you compete with for customers and technicians. You don't need a credit card.
